A lot has been going on recently.
If you follow me on Twitter, you’ll know about the main issue in my life right now. I don’t want to write it here, cause this is my favourite place to come, and I don’t want to spoil what is such a happy place for me. So that’s why I’m writing this instead.
I want to let people (you guys) know how to keep a positive, and happy attitude, even when you feel like everything is going to crap.
I’m not saying in any way, that you should be wearing a mask of happiness, that’s extremely unhealthy. I’m talking about moving toward finding the good in all situations.
My first step for becoming more positive in general is practising the Law of Attraction.
Before I started Younique, I’d never heard of this. Once I started, our Black Status kept talking about it and I was curious about it, so I looked into it.
The whole idea behind it is that positivity breeds positivity, whereas negativity breeds negativity. In other words, the more positive vibes, and emotions you send out, the more positive things will happen. Whereas if you are negativity, then negative things will be more likely to happen.
Sounds pretty simple right?
I do this daily. I work to ensure at least 70% of my thoughts are positive. My aim is to build this to at least 90%. I don’t think 100% is entirely possible at this stage, and I know it will take a lot of work, but it’s my future aim to get as close to this as possible.
The other way I’m working on this, is via quotes.
This one sounds silly, but it really works. I have filled my phone with positive quotes, made them my background everywhere and filled up my day to day life with them.
This way I am surrounded by positivity and happiness throughout my day.
