Who else sets these every year?
Without fail, every year, I set these every year and I rarely stick to the majority of them!
This year, like every other, I’m setting them again, and I will try harder to actually stick to them!
1 – Save at least £30 a month.
This one is purely down to my spending being pretty bad! I literally spend so much money that there is always too much month at the end of my money! By saving, I’m hoping this will ensure I have less money issues!
2 – Drink less fizzy drinks
I have a habit. It’s drinking far too much of the fizzy stuff! I think I’m on about 2-3L a week of the stuff, which is insane when you think about it! So cutting down is on my list this year!
3 – Cut down on “bad” foods in general.
I’ve decided I’m going to kick start 2017 with the Body Coaches 90 Day SSS Plan, so this will help a lot with this resolution. I’m also thinking about doing a weekly food post on this journey as well? If you guys would read it, obviously!
4 – Have a more positive Outlook.
This one is my biggest resolution! Being more positive, will bring more positive vibes, which will in turn make my life so much better. So being more positive is firmly on this list! It’s a huge change I need to make!
5 – Write More
I think I’ve said this before, I’ve wanted to be an author since I was small, so it’s my goal to write more in 2017. This way I will be making steps towards this dream throughout 2017.
