I promised a while back I’d be more open about my weight loss efforts. So here’s a handy little post on my current eating plan and goals.
I want to be as open as possible about my weight loss. I know for so many people it can be extremely difficult, or because they aren’t working towards something (wedding, baby, holiday) they struggle to stick to it.
So today I’m going to write what may be a longer post, but I’m hoping it may be helpful to at least one other person.
Personally, I think everyone should have a bucket list. I had one but lost it. So now I’m rewriting it.
I love goal setting, and I think that’s why I like having a bucket list. I just think of it as a huge list of goals, and I try to keep them so they remain realistic for me.
This will, most likely, be a long post. So grab yourself a cuppa, and let’s get started!
Well I disappeared again!
I need to stop doing this! I’ve already made a start on January posts to try and avoid this happening again!
So to make up for it, I have got another Pre-Christmas post coming up on Saturday, I just need to do the post photos and it will be up!
So here’s a little update, so that I’ve at least made the attempt at Blogmas!
I feel like this is all I’ve been writing recently.
From tonight I’m going to work on getting at least one post done a night (expect tonight, tonight I’ll be doing two at least!) I feel horrible for keeping leaving this for so long. Life really did just get in the way, and I’ll explain all of that here as well!

I seem to be making a habit of forgetting to update here! I hate not staying up to date with here, but after having two weeks off work, I kind of forgot to.
So today we’re doing a life update! I love these kinds of posts, as they let me ramble on and on without needing to explain why I am rambling on and on.
