I promised a while back I’d be more open about my weight loss efforts. So here’s a handy little post on my current eating plan and goals.
I want to be as open as possible about my weight loss. I know for so many people it can be extremely difficult, or because they aren’t working towards something (wedding, baby, holiday) they struggle to stick to it.
So today I’m going to write what may be a longer post, but I’m hoping it may be helpful to at least one other person.
After what feels like the LONGEST January ever, it’s finally February!
So with a new month, comes new advertisers! I’m now offering space for 4 people to advertise with me each month. More details on the packages can be found on my Advertising page!
So let’s start the introductions then!
Writing this may actually be really hard!
I have wanted to put this on here for so long, as I feel like having it out there, will give me some accountability. Mostly as if you guys all know I’m doing this and see my talk about junk food, or falling off the wagon, then someone can link me back to this.
I’m writing this, the same day I’ve been denied a surgery to remove my Gallstones and Gallbladder. Why was this denied? I’m classed as too high risk due to my weight and BMI.
We all know I love books.
So when I got the chance to review this one, I got really excited. Cecelia Ahern is the amazing woman who wrote books such as P.S. I Love You, Love Rosie and Samantha Who?
As a lover of P.S. I Love You, I had to be able to review this book! This is part two, of a series, but it is definitely the kind of book you can read with no prior knowledge of the series itself.
Its a new year! Woo!
I love New Years! It’s the perfect time to make a fresh start, so right now I’m working on a blog re-vamp, a new schedule and a load of new goals!
I always feel so much more empowered to improve on everything. So I’ve even signed up for a plan which I will likely regret within about 2 weeks!
