Life Update | June 2018

I quite enjoy writing life updates

It sounds weird, but I like knowing I can talk to people and tell them about my life, and sometimes, I’ll even get advice, which is amazing. It’s one of my favourite things about blogging, and it’s something I like doing on a regular basis.

If you fancy backtracking, my last update is here and it mostly talks about mental health, which took a bad turn at the start of the year and towards the end of last year. Today should be a much lighter subject and I’ve been super excited to share it!

Summer Music Playlist

I don’t know a single person who doesn’t love music.

Music is the one thing pretty much everyone has in common. I have playlists for pretty much every occasion, I’ve even started on my one for the day I get married!

I love when songs come together and give you the perfect background music for your day, so today I’m sharing the songs I’m loving this summer. To me, this is the perfect collection of makeup for driving to the beach or hanging out on the beach.

Red Lip Makeup Look

I LOVE Red Lip Makeup looks.

It’s a style that is just oh so classic. Plus it’s one of the looks that made me fall in love with makeup. I can honestly say, if I’m wearing makeup, I’m sporting a red lip.

It’s been my favourite lip colour for as long as I can remember, so today I’m talking about a recent makeup look I have done using a red lip.

Anniversary Post | Year 4

Who doesn’t love an anniversary?

It was Derek and I’s 4th anniversary earlier in the month. Which can only mean I got to get dressed up nicely and do my makeup. It was the first time I’d done my makeup in a long time, so it was nice to get to play with a few new products.

So today I’m going to be running through my outfit and makeup, just like the old posts I used to do and something I wish I done more often.

Safari Grill @ Junction One | Review

One of my favourite things to do is find a new spot for food.

Whether that is eating out, or a takeaway. I also love days out, so I get to find lots of different places in different areas.

Recently I was visiting Junction One with my mum for a shopping day. Because she lives by the coast and I live in Dungannon, it was reasonably central to both of us. While there, we obviously needed to eat, and the only other place was Subway, so we choose to go here. And now I’m talking about it on here!
