Current Weight Loss Update

I promised a while back I’d be more open about my weight loss efforts. So here’s a handy little post on my current eating plan and goals.

I want to be as open as possible about my weight loss. I know for so many people it can be extremely difficult, or because they aren’t working towards something (wedding, baby, holiday) they struggle to stick to it.

So today I’m going to write what may be a longer post, but I’m hoping it may be helpful to at least one other person.

Bucket List | 2018 Update

Personally, I think everyone should have a bucket list. I had one but lost it. So now I’m rewriting it.

I love goal setting, and I think that’s why I like having a bucket list. I just think of it as a huge list of goals, and I try to keep them so they remain realistic for me.

Mental Health Update

This is a post I never wanted to have to write.

Every year I set resolutions, and until the last few years, I didn’t stick to any of them!

I seem to always set similar ones as well, so I need to start sticking to my most common ones. So as I sit here finalising this post on Christmas Eve, I’m thinking over everything I’ve written and my main aim is to avoid making this the most cliché resolutions post!

Recently, I’ve become more and more obsessed with gorgeous homeware.

Maybe it’s being partnered with a candle company, but I’ve been looking into lots of cute little things for around the flat. So when JD Williams approached me about doing a post on their Christmas Range, I couldn’t say no!
