Its a new year! Woo!
I love New Years! It’s the perfect time to make a fresh start, so right now I’m working on a blog re-vamp, a new schedule and a load of new goals!
I always feel so much more empowered to improve on everything. So I’ve even signed up for a plan which I will likely regret within about 2 weeks!
So I took the plunge and I’ve signed up for the Body Coaches 90 Shift Shape Sustain plan. This plan is based around making sure you’re exercising and eating right to help you shed fat, and gain lean muscle.
I’ll be doing regular updates on my journey with this, I see it as my best way of ensuring I’m sticking to it!

So I mentioned a new blogging Schedule.
I want to be blogging more than I have been in 2017. I want to improve upon so much and to start this, I have changed up my blogging & YouTube Schedule!
So from here on out I’ll be posting on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on the blog. And on Wednesdays and Saturdays I’ll be posting to my YouTube Channel. I know its been inactive for ages! But I’m planning to fix that and work my way to posting 3 times a week by the end of the year! Woo!
So if you aren’t already subscribed, then head on over and hit that red button!
Other than that, everything will remain the same. I’ll keep you guys updated as everything progresses, but this will be my year!
